I love to collaborate with you, the construction trades, specialists and suppliers very early in your project to flesh out any concerns and produce the best possible outcome. 

A clearly defined project brief is agreed upon before concept plans are prepared, making sure all special requirements are met. 

From here we go on to draw up floor plans with basic dimensions in AutoCAD for you to review to make sure we are on track. We select products, furnishings, colours and finishes that will not only be beautiful but will reflect your personal style and be practical for your lifestyle and importantly, your budget.

Once the design development stage is approved, we progress to the project documentation phase comprising of working drawings (plans, elevations, sections) and perspective views created using 3D computer modelling software Autodesk Revit. This way you can see interior views to help gain a true understanding of the proposed spaces.

Specification schedules supplied in spreadsheet format show all product details, the supplier contact information and pricing. Material samples are assembled on an A3 board so that you can see and feel them in real life. 

The combined documents are suitable for council Development Application or for your nominated builder or cabinetmaker to work from.
